Massage therapy is more than relaxation — it’s a way to support the body in releasing tension, restoring movement, and reconnecting with how it’s meant to feel.
The body holds more than just physical tension — it carries stress, patterns, and the effects of daily life. Over time, this can show up as tightness, discomfort, restricted movement, or even pain that doesn’t seem to have a clear source.
We’ve mapped this in as a hands-on approach to support circulation, mobility, and nervous system regulation, while helping the body release what it’s been holding.
Ou approach is both therapeutic and intuitive, meeting each person where they are. This isn’t just about temporary relief. It’s about supporting your body in feeling better, moving better, and functioning the way it was designed to.

Melissa is a graduate of the Institute of Cosmetology, Aesthetics & Massage in Houston and holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She is certified in prenatal, sports therapy, and lymphatic drainage, allowing her to support a wide range of needs.
Her experience includes working with professional athletes, supporting performers from Cirque du Soleil, and caring for participants in the MS150 — giving her a deep understanding of both recovery and performance.
To Melissa, you’re never just an appointment.
Her approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and personal — helping you not only feel better during your session, but supported beyond it with simple ways to care for your body over time.
Melissa shows up — with presence, intention, and genuine care.
Melissa’s work is rooted in something simple, but powerful — a genuine care for people.
Her path into massage therapy wasn’t linear. She first felt called to it at 23, but life had other plans. Nearly 20 years later, she returned to her calling — and now helps people feel better in their bodies every day.
Whether you’re carrying tension, navigating stress, dealing with discomfort, or simply feeling disconnected — Melissa meets you where you are.
Many structural issues and areas of discomfort stem from fascia adhesions — restrictions within the connective tissue that can limit circulation and affect how the body moves.
These adhesions can sometimes appear as what’s commonly referred to as cellulite, but are actually areas where the tissue is restricted.
Through specialized tools and techniques, we assess and work with these areas to help restore movement, improve circulation, and support the body in releasing deeply held tension.
